Regulations of the Website of the company “HAJDUK”.

§ 1 General provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of the website of the company HAJDUK PODŁOŻE DO PIECZAREK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, available at https://holding.hajduk.pl/ (hereinafter: the “Site”).

The website is operated by the company HAJDUK PODŁOŻE DO PIECZAREK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered seat at Ciepielówek 1, 67-410 Sława, registered in the National Court Register - Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS: 0000958802, NIP: 4970092602, REGON: 521415812.

By using the Site, the User accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

§ 2 Definitions

The company – the company HAJDUK PODŁOŻE DO PIECZAREK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

User - any natural or legal person using the Site.

Services - any services provided electronically by the Company through the Site.

§ 3 Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with applicable law, rules of social intercourse and the provisions of these Regulations.

The company will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

§ 8 Amendments to the Regulations

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon their publication on the Site.

A user who does not agree with the changes should stop using the Site.

§ 9 Final provisions

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.
